Cross country communication was simple to see in a international campus. For communication with their mate, people from different countries willcommunicate with each other to exchange their idea. But between the communication of people from different areas and grown in different cultures, they may face some problems like  language or culture shocking. Like the time when we didn’t went to campus, we were not well-understood about other countries and cultures, and always have some stereotypes about others, such as some one believe all of the Chinese people learned Kongfu, and Japanese all are good at manga. These little stereotypes can solve by the communication, or get worse. Also, the body language in differen cultures may have two meanings that may means two things , sometimes wrong body language can cause problem on communication,and it may need to use more time to exchange the correct information .

While the body language cause some problems, the similar on language also prove a problem. Normally, in two language, it seems all the words and meaning may have different pronunciations, but there some words that have different meaning but have similar pronunciation, it may cause problems wrong information transport between two people. Also ,some words may have same writing notes but it have different meaning, it will still cause confusion for readers.

For these communication it’s also influence to different kinds of working styles. Someone love to go to exhibition and communicated with their mate, and others may prefer to use internet or library to research the information, and do their works without communication with mates.

Although the cross country communication can cause many problems like misunderstandings on body language and stereotypes between two cultures, it also improved the cultures communication, in the communications of different cultures, they may learned many interesting information about another cultures, also ,it improves their language and fluent communication.
