ROUGHS AND COLOUR

The rough I chose was the god of sleep who plays the harp.

I drew four roughs for the final design. The first one was the rough with a Greek theatrical mask. And the harp was decorated with sleeping god who pinches a man by the neck. The second one was A poet with an ancient Greek haircut. He was dressed in house clothes and had Griffin on his harp.

The third one was the god of sleep lying on his harp, he was carrying a pillow, and the harp was full of people lying down asleep. His eyes were covered, always sleepy to see the visitors. The fourth was the man with the blindfold, his wings were covered by cloth, and the harp was decorated with swan and a sleepy sculpture.

Finally, I chose the third one as the design of the final outcome, and I did some research on the harp and the clothes he wears.

The colour I chose was based on colours and dark colours at night, because they make people look sleepy. The other two colours are light colours that are common in pajamas.
